Explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) airmen are a critical part of U.S. Air Force, joint and coalition missions. These airmen put their own lives at risk to help prevent other people, both friendly and enemy, from getting injured or killed in hostile areas. Their level expertise in their craft makes them a high-demand asset to commanders at all levels in combat theaters and at home when there is a need for their unique skills.
