High Plains Post celebrates member for 59 years of Air Force service
SAME High Plains Post celebrated the 70th birthday of Post member Col. Marshall W. Nay, Jr. Ph.D., P.E.,-L.S. on April 25, 2012 at Cannon Air Force Base, NM.
Col. Nay was the first commander of the Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency. He has spent the past 59 years serving the men and women of the Air Force. High Plains Post also commended Col. Nay for his dedication to the engineering field. He is currently a senior engineer at URS Corporation in Albuquerque.
